Leonard graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Auckland, Aotearoa.

She is represented by Gow Langsford Gallery and Paul Nache Gallery Aotearoa NZ, Martin Browne Sydney, Mindy Solomon Gallery Miami, Taste Contemporary Geneva.

She is in public collections in Australia, USA and Europe. She is the winner of the Main Prize, Officine Saffi Award 4, Milan, Italy Leonard is one of the artists featured in 100 Sculptors of Tomorrow, Thames and Hudson, London.
