Cybele Cox has exhibited both nationally and internationally and has been curated into significant exhibitions in Artist Run Spaces, Independent Project Spaces, Galleries, Museums as well as Outdoor Sculpture Events and Art Month Sydney. Her work was featured in several art journals including Museum Magazine and Art & Australia and has had full reviews in The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald in 2015.

She was the winner of The Stonevilla Wearable Art Prize 2017 and in the same year presented a significant solo presentation at Firstdraft, Sydney. After completing an exchange at The Vienna Academy of Fine Arts in 2016-17, Cox exhibited in both Rundgang and Aa Collections in Vienna and was a recipient of the 2018 One Year Studio Artist Program at Artspace in Woolloomooloo.

Cox was curated into Nothing human is alien to me, at The Ideas Platform in early 2019 and later presented a performance of The Baubo at the MCA Art Bar and The Giant Dwarf Theatre, followed by a considerable representation of large works at the Hawkesbury Regional Gallery in the curated exhibition, What We Have to Say. Cybele has a solo presentation of ceramic sculptures at Yavuz Gallery Sydney, in February 2022.
